Absolutely dissapointing! Reception was too bright like a cafeteria, and breakfast was a sad choice of just toast and one lukewarm coffee, wow. We expected a complimentary gift or even a room upgrade for our issues, but no such luck. I almost left a good review but just couldn't overlook the rudeness here.

The spacious room was perfect. Being in the quieter part of the beach was good, but access to drinking water could have been better.

Fantastic staff, breakfasts were nice.
Location: the hotel was not far from the busier areas, and other restaurants at D'Mall. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Diavolo, ate there once or twice. The room was impressive and wonderful, had private bathroom.

The clean and spacious ocean view room offered amazing vistas of the beach. Particularly Mam Debbie, provided warm hospitality. Freshly cooked meals were a treat each day.

Fantastic stay with the family! The beachfront location was perfect for lazy beach days. Plus, the spacious rooms provided a lovely home base. We all appreciated how clean the resort was.

Clean room, friendly staff, with beach access right at the doorstep provided a good stay, complemented by delicious breakfast options every morning and free wi-fi available in public areas.

The beachfront access here is very nice. The staff are super friendly! The manager actually checked in on us often. Loved the peaceful vibe at station 3, it made for a relaxing getaway.

The beach location was perfect for surfing and catching sunsets. The hotel breakfast was good, and we loved the clean facilities. Easy walks to nearby shops and bars made exploring fun. Definitely coming back for another lovely trip!
Only downside was the lack of a water cooler or complimentary coffee , which would have been a nice touch.
